After earning my degree in Structural Engineering (Honors, Oregon State University) and working as a structural engineer in Honolulu, I came right back to what I love — building. Over 30+ years I’ve completed 54 construction projects and made 100+ real estate investments: custom homes, remodels and additions, the North Light Condominiums, a 118-unit apartment renovation, over 20,000 cubic yards of commercial and residential concrete, and the Drake Lifestyle Center — a 10,000 sq ft commercial retail development. In all, more than $15 million in completed construction contracts. Today I bring that same experience to every project — and to the software I build for the industry.
